• Device information — device model, operating system, and device identifiers used for security and diagnostics.
• Analytics data — collected through Firebase Analytics to understand App usage and improve our services.
• Crash and diagnostic data — collected through Firebase Crashlytics to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Push notification tokens — collected through Firebase Cloud Messaging to send booking, service, and other notifications.
• City/location selection — the city or wash location selected within the App. WashTym does not access your precise GPS location unless separately stated and permitted.

1.3 Camera and Device Permissions

• Camera — used to scan QR codes at wash stations to start or verify a wash session and, where applicable, update your profile photo.
• Notifications — used to provide booking and service-related notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your WashTym account.
• Authenticate users through OTP.
• Process and manage wash bookings.
• Verify wash-station check-ins through QR codes.
• Process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
