How is this different from a normal laundry service?

Most services take your clothes away and return them days later. WashTym stays on your premises and never hands your clothes to anyone else. You wash and dry on your own time, in your own space, with a few taps.

Do I get both washing and drying?

Yes, and the drying is the point. WashTym runs a full wash and a hot-dry in the same visit, so you never have to hunt for a place to hang clothes or wait for them to air-dry. Everything comes out warm and ready to wear.

Do I need to hand my clothes to anyone?

No. WashTym runs without any staff. You book, scan to unlock and collect your own clothes. Nobody else touches them.

Every cycle is a fresh, self-contained wash and hot-dry. The high-heat drying helps keep things clean, and your clothes stay yours from start to finish.

Through a prepaid wallet in the app. No cash, no counter, no fuss.

Is there a cost to the property?

It depends on the plan you choose. Some options cost the property nothing at all. You can compare all three on the Get WashTym page.

Is there much for our team to manage?

Very little. WashTym is practically hands-off for the property. Day to day, your housekeeping team only needs a few simple things, a quick lint check every few hours, topping up the laundry pods and keeping the area tidy. Everything else, from running the machines to servicing and repairs, is handled by us.
